The day I watched Coach Carter, the movie, this quote from "Our Deepest Fear" has remained with me. We are afraid of success because it's a challenge. We embrace failure because that's the easy way out. We set goals with expectations of never achieving them. We remain stagnant in hopes that everything will just work out exactly how we imagined it. If we intend to progress and improve in life we need to leave these thoughts behind.
With a whole new year just a couple of short weeks before us, we have got to change the way we move, the way we think, and the way we treat each other. Let's be unconditionally helpful, let's unite in a time of hate, animosity and negativity, and most importantly let's spread love. It is nearly 2020, it's time to draw the line. Be the difference and lead the change.
